ACC (Architectural Control Committee) Form
Whenever a community association member is planning to have any exterior work done, a review and approval by the ACC will be needed prior to any changes taking place. This committee is charged with determining if proposed plans comply with association requirements; and to ultimately establish and preserve a harmonious design for our community and protect property values.
If you are planning to have any exterior work done that in any way changes the appearance or layout of the exterior of your property (e.g., painting the exterior of your house a different color, adding a deck, changing the type or color of your roof…), you will need to complete the
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request form and attach any additional information that will enable the ACC to make a decision. ACC request forms can now be completed and submitted online and is available in a fill‐intheblanks pdf format which can be saved with your information intact and forwarded to the ACC (along with any attachments) in any of following ways:
